Rent

All landlords want to rent their properties to trustworthy individuals. A real estate broker can help owners of rental apartments or condos find them faster. In addition to scheduling visits on the landlord’s behalf, the broker can boost visibility for the rental unit, obtain the tenant’s consent to check his/her credit history, and complete the rental agreement with the future tenant.

The Montréal-Immobilier Team is here to help!

Our service plan includes:

  • Assessing rental value based on comparable properties
  • Listing the property on the inter-agency system (CENTRIS - MLS)
  • Putting a for-rent sign in front of the property (when possible)
  • Scheduling visits
  • Checking the tenant’s credit history (one verification included)
  • Having photos taken by a professional photographer
  • Listing your property on more than 15 sites, including: Centris (MLS), Facebook, KIJIJI, Lespac, Craiglist, montreal-immobilier.ca, expertimmobilier, Publimaison, Logisquebec, annoncextra, etc.

Once a tenant has been found, we also offer optional property management services to relieve you of this responsibility. For more details, click here.
